Cancellation Policy

For all bookings at the Chadderton Practice:

A full refund will be given for the cancellation of a session when at leat 24 hours notice is received. When notice is given up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, sessions are chargeable at the full rate. 

For non-attendance, all sessions are chargeable. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, the session will be cancelled and cannot be rearranged or refunded.

For all bookings at the Whalley Practice:

A full refund will be given for the cancellation of a session when at least 48 hours notice is received. When between 24-48 hours notice is received, a cancellation charge of £10 will apply. For notice given up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, sessions are chargeable at the full rate. 

For non-attendance, all sessions are chargeable. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, the session will be cancelled and cannot be rearranged or refunded.

Marketing

We will only contact you with marketing material by methods other than post if you have agreed.

Your Rights

You have rights in relation to your information, including the right to request the information we hold about you, request to not receive marketing material at any time, request us to remove your information or amend it. If we can't complete your request, we will explain why.
